M.D. Pallache at the helm of SY VITALIENBRUDER III around 1973
Born 1965 in Bavaria, I was raised in walled-in Berlin, attending a renowned Jesuit school. I later studied Architecture at the »Hochschule der Künste« and went to work as an associated architect during the mad and colorful 90th of Berlin, a thriving metropolis. My participation in various well-received projects furthered my career and landed me a job as a tenured Professor of Architecture in Hannover. A few year on and disenchanted with my prospects in this profession, I began to listen to a different drummer. The VERA, an old sailboat, took me and my wife through the seven seas and around the world. Under the influence of good friends and various authors, I developed a keen interest in the concepts of freedom and enlightenment. And I began to write in earnest.
